Happy November!

Our Pre-k friends have been working hard this fall! Looking back on October, some of our classroom highlights include:

Exploring the lifecycle of a pumpkin

Fall themed story books

Family representations

Pumpkin multi-art projects

Strengthening our writing skills when writing our names

We have a lot to look forward to in November! We will be exploring new story books that cover many vast concepts such as friendships, weather, pizza exploration (including recipes, geometry, and sensory projects), handwriting, and many Thanksgiving-themed projects!

My name is Miss Goulos and this is my second year as the Pre-Kindergarten teacher at St. Pius V School. I have been teaching for over five years and absolutely love what I do. I attended Wheelock College majoring in early childhood education and performing arts. I strive to create a classroom environment where children sit in the drivers seat of their learning. I enjoy creating projects and activities that support their current academic interests while strengthening all developmental areas.
