Music
St. Pius V School has promoted music appreciation and the development of vocal and instrumental skills through its music program. All students in PreK through Grade 8 participate in a weekly music class. Students prepare for monthly school liturgies as part of their music lessons, and they participate with full heart and voice to make the Liturgy experience vibrant and energetic.
Students in grades 4-8 also have the opportunity to take instrumental lessons during the school day through the Paul Effman Music Service.
St. Pius V School also has an after-school Bell Choir and Tin Whistle club that students can choose to participate in.
Some classes participate in music concerts and other performances throughout the year. Recorded concerts can be viewed on our YouTube Channel.
